White Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cannellini beans, drained
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 c. prepared picante sauce
2 green onions, thinly sliced
sliced green onions (for garnish)
fresh vegetables (cut into pieces for dippers) or chips
Preparation

In food processor or blender, puree cannellini beans, lemon juice, olive oil and cumin until smooth.
In small serving bowl, stir bean puree, picante sauce and thinly sliced green onions. Garnish and serve with veggies.
Makes 10 servings.
