Kim'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 carrots, cubed
4 stalks celery, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
1/2 c. margarine
1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
2 c. potatoes, mashed
6 c. milk
6 medium potatoes, cubed
2 medium potatoes, shredded
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. cheese (medium sharp), shredded
Preparation

In large pan, cook carrots, celery and onions in margarine until onions are transparent.
In a separate bowl, add chicken broth to mashed potatoes until smooth.
Add to vegetable mixture, then add milk and potatoes, cubed and shredded.
Salt, pepper and cheese.
Cook over low heat to prevent scorching and stir frequently.
Cook until potatoes are tender.
