Boston Baked Beans(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 cans (15 oz. each) pinto beans
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. tomato ketchup
    1/4 c. molasses
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Slice bacon into 1/2-inch pieces.
    Combine bacon, onion and garlic in microsafe dish.
    Microwave at High for 5 minutes or unti onion is soft.
    Drain beans.
    Add beans and remaining ingredients to onion mixture.
    Microwave covered with wax paper, at High for 7 minutes, stirring once during cooking time.
    Serves 4.
