Pineapple Raspberry Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) raspberry gelatin
    1 can whole cranberry sauce
    1/2 chopped walnuts and pecans, mixed
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Add enough water to make 1 cup.
    Bring to boil.
    Add gelatin and dissolve.
    Break up cranberry sauce and add to gelatin.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Add pineapple and chopped nuts.
    Pour into 1-quart mold.
    Chill for about 4 hours.
    Unmold onto serving plate. Yields 6 servings.
