3-Cheese Lasagna In Half The Time - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. bottle tomatoes
    30 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
    16 oz. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. dried basil or 1/3 c. chopped fresh basil
    12 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix tomatoes and juice with spaghetti sauce.
    Mix Ricotta cheese and basil.
    Spread 1/4 of the tomato mixture on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with 4 noodles, 1/3 Ricotta cheese and 1/3 Mozzarella cheese.
    Repeat layers 2 more times, ending with tomato sauce.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, covered.
