German Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl, whip eggs until extremely light and airy.
    Add milk, flour and salt and again mix until airy.
    Heat butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour batter into pan of melted butter.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve hot with maple syrup.
