Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (all-purpose)
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. zucchini, grated
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Combine eggs, oil and vanilla.
    Add zucchini.
    Fold in dry ingredients.
    Stir in nuts. Pour into two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    (Should be about 1/2 full.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool in pans for 15 minutes. Pour out onto wax paper.
    Yield: 2 loaves.
