Low-Fat Orange Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    no-fat cottage cheese (24 oz.)
    2 cans drained mandarin oranges
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 box sugar-free jello
    1 large Cool Whip light
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together; let chill overnight.
    May substitute other flavors and fruits (blackberry, strawberry, etc.).
