Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 lb. thinly sliced beef
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 medium sliced onion
    4 c. already cooked rice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Take wok or frying pan and warm on medium heat.
    Use 3 tablespoons vegetable oil and heat in pan.
    First put in pan the garlic; brown a little and add beef.
    Cook thoroughly.
    Add onions. Cook 2 minutes; add egg and scramble all together.
    When egg is done, add salt and pepper, then add rice.
    Stir until well blended. Finally, add soy sauce and cook for 3 more minutes until rice is lightly browned completely in soy sauce.
