Skillet Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 lb. sausage
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 fresh tomatoes, chopped or 1 pt. canned tomatoes, drained
    4 c. cubed zucchini
    1 large onion, chopped
    8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Crumble sausage in large skillet.
    Add zucchini, green pepper and onion.
    Cook until almost done.
    Add tomatoes.
    Cook until juice is almost gone.
    Put in serving dish and sprinkle on cheese and let melt.
