Hawaiian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. cracker crumbs
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. flour
    1 (13 to 16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. chopped green peppers
Preparation
    Mix together ground beef, onions, salt, crackers and milk. Roll into small balls.
    Roll in flour and brown in skillet with hot oil.
    As they finish browning, remove and place in baking dish. Drain pineapple, reserving the liquid and add water to make 1 cup.
