Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. Crisco
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut Crisco into dry ingredients until it's mealy; add water, vinegar and beaten egg.
    Roll out on floured board.
    Makes enough for four 2-crust pies (depending on size).
