Lemon Carrots - cooking recipe

12 carrots
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place carrots in ungreased baking pan (8 x 8 x 2-inch).
Mix butter, lemon juice and salt; drizzle over carrots.
Cover; bake 1 hour.
Makes 4 servings.
