Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cut up chicken
    6 oz. uncooked narrow noodles
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 pt. milk
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Put in a 2-quart casserole.
    Spread croutons on top and dot with butter.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
