One Crust Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. chicken broth
    2/3 c. milk
    2 c. cut up cooked chicken
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    3 Tbsp. hot water
    3 Tbsp. butter, softened
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Heat 1/3 cup butter in a 2-quart saucepan over low heat until melted.
    Stir in 1/2 cup Bisquick, onion and pepper.
    Cook over low heat until bubbly.
    Stir in broth and milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in chicken and frozen vegetables and heat through.
    Keep warm over low heat.
