Do Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium or 8 to 9 large potatoes
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
    2 tsp. onion salt or plain salt
    chopped green onion and pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Beat in remaining ingredients. Adjust seasonings.
    Place in 2-quart casserole.
    Cool, cover and refrigerate.
    Make at least 24 hours ahead.
    Keeps up to 2 weeks.
