Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. zucchini, grated, drained and squeezed
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    nuts and raisins to suit taste
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and oil.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Sift together flour, baking soda and baking powder. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, alternating with zucchini.
    Stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
    Pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
