Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked, diced chicken
4 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 large onion, diced
2 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced thin
4 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except 1 cup of cracker crumbs to sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
