Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. oil
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Combine egg, oil and milk.
    Add dry ingredients all at once. Stir quickly just to moisten.
    Gently fold in fresh or frozen blueberries.
    Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
    Makes 12.
