Snow Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 small new potatoes, quartered
    1 lb. fresh snow peas
    1 small onion, sliced into rings
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a heavy skillet, melt the butter.
    Add the potatoes and fry over medium heat until golden and crisp.
    Add the snow peas, onion and salt and fry for 5 to 7 minutes, until the peas are crisp and tender.
