White Bean And Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bacon
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans white tuna, drained or 16 oz. fresh tuna steaks, grilled
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
8 c. gourmet salad greens
1 (15.5 oz.) can white beans (cannellini)
1 (4 oz.) Feta cheese
Preparation

Cook bacon; reserve 1/4 cup bacon drippings (drain bacon on paper towel).
Process reserve bacon drippings, salt, pepper, cider vinegar, onion, honey and mustard in processor.
Heat in pan, stirring or in microwave.
Line salad plates with greens and arrange items over greens.
Drizzle with dressing.
Serve immediately.
