Chicken 'N' Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery
    1 (8 oz.) can carrots, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can peas, drained
    sliced potatoes
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 pkg. instant chicken broth
    4 cubes chicken broth
    cornstarch
    salt to taste
    whole chicken or parts or deboned chicken breasts
Preparation
    In covered pot fill halfway with water, let boil.
    Add chicken (parboil), don't overcook.
    Put chicken aside to cool (debone). Should have 1/2 pot hot water.
    Add onion, pepper, celery, poultry seasoning, packages and cubes of broth.
    Cook until celery is done. Add cornstarch (mix with water to make paste).
    Cook 5 to 10 minutes to a gravy-like state.
    Add potatoes.
    Cook 10 minutes. Add chicken.
    Cook approximately 15 minutes.
    Add carrots, 5 minutes.
    Shut off.
    Add peas.
    Place in oven (large casserole dish or lasagne pan).
