Ingredients

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. almond or rum extract
1/2 c. sugar (for caramelizing)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
3 whole eggs
3 egg yolks
Preparation

Bake sugar in the bottom of a 6-cup mold until caramelized. Coat bottom and sides; set aside.
