Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    3 Tbsp. peanut butter or to taste
    6 oz. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Melt margarine, add sugar, vanilla and milk. Bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes. Leave on heat.
    Add marshmallow cream and peanut butter until melted.
    Remove from heat and beat by hand until thick.
    Pour into a buttered platter.
    Cool, cut and serve.
