Carrot Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Wash and cut carrots into small pieces.
    Place cut carrots into large pan.
    Cover with water.
    Boil slowly until carrots become soft.
    Place cooked carrots into blender, a little at a time, and blend until mixture looks like pudding.
    If blender is full, pour out about half into a casserole dish.
    To the amount left in blender, add all other ingredients, except sugar, into blender.
    Blend until all ingredients are well mixed.
    Pour mixture out of blender into casserole dish with other mix.
    Stir all together and add sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or firm in middle.
