Glaze For Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Boil together 1 minute.
Remove from fire.
Add 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar, 1 teaspoon vanilla.
To this, add 4 cups pecan halves.
Pour out on wax paper and separate.
