Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 ((8 oz.) can crushed, drained pineapple
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla until creamy.
    Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
    Add all dry ingredients and nuts.
    Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans.
