Microwave Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 chopped bell pepper
    1/2 chopped onion
    3 (15 oz.) cans pork and beans
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Microwave meat on High along with the onion and pepper for 10 minutes; drain meat.
    Add beans, catsup, mustard and brown sugar. Microwave 20 to 30 minutes on Roast setting, stirring 2 or 3 times.
