Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 medium pared potatoes
2 Tbsp. onion or more (as desired)
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Melt butter in pot; add flour and stir until smooth.
Add salt and pepper; add milk and stir continuously until mixture boils and thickens.
Layer half potatoes and onions and pour half of milk mixture over this.
Layer remaining potatoes and pour remaining mixture over.
Bake 30 minutes covered, then 30 minutes uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven.
