Scalloped Cabbage And Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. shredded cabbage
    6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    salt and pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place layers of cabbage and eggs in a casserole dish, seasoned with salt and pepper and dot with butter.
    Make cream sauce using butter (melted); dissolve flour in butter and add milk and blend. Add salt and pepper and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Pour over cabbage and eggs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
