Rich Pastry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. cold milk
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour, salt and sugar.
Beat yolk and lemon juice. Add milk.
Add to pastry.
Roll into ball.
Chill. Makes two 8-inch crusts.
