Mock Steak(Serves 10 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    2 small cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans tap water
    1 envelope Lipton dried onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix meat, flour and seasonings by hand.
    Shape into long loaf pan or individual rounds.
    Wrap in foil and place in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
    When ready to cook the loaf, prepare heavy-duty skillet with 3 tablespoons melted shortening.
    Slice meat 1/2-inch thick and shape into steak like pieces.
    Brown in skillet on both sides.
    Remove slices to a large baking dish. Prepare sauce by mixing onion soup mix, mushroom soup and 2 cans of water.
    Pour over meat; cover with foil.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Serves 10 people.
