Raisin-Cinnamon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 to 5 c. all-purpose flour
    2 pkg. yeast or quick rise yeast
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    In large mixer bowl, combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
    Mix well.
    Heat milk, water and butter until very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0); butter does not need to melt.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Add egg.
    Beat at low speed until moistened; beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
    By hand, add raisins and enough remaining flour to make a firm dough.
    Knead on well floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 5 to 10 minutes.
    Place in greased pot, turning to grease top.
    Cover; let rise in warm place for 40 minutes (20 minutes for quick rise yeast).
