Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flaked or shaved coconut
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease a pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches.
    Place all ingredients in blender; blend on high speed for 15 seconds.
    Pour into a pie plate.
    Bake until golden brown and a knife inserted in center comes out clean (50 to 55 minutes).
