Hot Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. tomato, chopped & seeded
1 Tbsp. chopped canned Jalapeno pepper
1-1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

Cook onion and garlic over medium heat, stirring constantly, until tender. Add tomato and remaining ingredients. Cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally, serve warm.
Yields 1-1/2 cups.
