Zucchini Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 zucchini
    3 c. bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
    1 minced onion
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Cut ends from zucchini; do not pare.
    Cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
    Halve lengthwise.
    Remove pulp with spoon; reserve shells.
