Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage (medium)
    8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
    2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix sausage and cheese thoroughly.
    Sift flour a small amount at a time, mixing thoroughly until blended, with sausage and cheese mixture.
    Roll into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 15 minutes or until bottom of balls are brown at 400\u00b0.
