Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    6 slices white bread, crusts removed
    softened margarine
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook sausage; stir to crumble and drain.
    Spread bread with margarine and cut in cubes.
    Place bread in buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
    Sprinkle sausage on cubes of bread and top with cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour on top.
    Chill at least eight hours before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
