Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies
    2 c. milk
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    strips of sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Slit chilies, remove seeds and rinse.
    Place thick slice of cheese in chilies.
    Place in a buttered dish.
    Do not layer.
    Mix eggs, milk and flour.
    Pour over chilies.
    Add grated cheese on top.
    Bake 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
