Chinese Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cucumbers
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 qt. rice wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    2 Tbsp. scallions, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. fresh ginger root, finely chopped
Preparation
    Peel cucumbers; slice thinly.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers.
    Stir carefully; chill.
