Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. canned pumpkin
3/4 c. plain flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs for 5 minutes on high in large bowl.
Gradually add sugar, beating constantly.
Add pumpkin, lemon juice and dry ingredients.
Beat well.
Pour into greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
Sprinkle nuts on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
