Easy Cranberry-Orange Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. biscuit mix
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. flaked coconut
    2 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. orange or vanilla yogurt
    1/3 c. frozen orange juice, thawed
    1/2 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
    3/4 c. fresh cranberries
Preparation
    For coconut topping, in a bowl stir together the 1/3 cup biscuit mix and the 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Cut in butter until crumbly.
    Add the coconut, tossing with crumb mixture to coat. Set aside.
