Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. blueberries
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Reserve 2 tablespoons flour.
Wash blueberries and drain well. Combine with reserved flour.
Grease 12 muffin pans.
Combine rest of flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.
Combine egg, milk and melted shortening and stir swiftly into dry ingredients.
Add floured blueberries; mix well.
Spoon into muffin pans.
Bake for 25 minutes or until browned.
Serve hot.
