Spaghetti Marinara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (35 oz.) can Italian peeled tomatoes *
    1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
    10 medium garlic cloves, peeled and then sliced
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    1 lb. spaghetti
Preparation
    *Can substitute canned tomatoes with 3 pounds ripe plum (Roma) tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped.
