Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1 bunch green onions
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 large carton sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets until fork-tender. Peel, then shred into a large bowl.
    Stir in sour cream, onions, 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper. Turn into a greased casserole dish. Top with the 1/2 cup cheese and paprika.
    Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
