Shrimp In Beer(Crock-Pot Cooking) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. shrimp in shells
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. beer
    1 Tbsp. mixed pickling spice
Preparation
    Wash shrimp in cold water, drain.
    Place in crock-pot.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
    Cover and cook on high setting for 2 hours or until shrimp turn pink, if desired.
    Turn to low setting until serving time, up to 2 hours.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings, 2 1/2 quarts.
