Ernest'S Baked Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round steak, trimmed
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Dredge steak with the dry ingredients.
    Pound the flour into the steak well on both sides; keep adding flour as needed.
    Brown in a hot skillet on both sides and bake at 325\u00b0 until tender, approximately 2 hours.
    Add about 1 cup water during cooking and a little flour to make gravy while baking.
