Caribbean Salad(Note: This Is A Dessert) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large very ripe bananas
2 limes (juice and grated rind)
2 cans crushed pineapple
1 large container Cool Whip
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
Preparation

Slice bananas.
Sprinkle juice of limes and grated rind on bananas.
Add remaining ingredients and well drained fruit.
Mix lightly, but thoroughly.
Freeze.
(I use a Bundt pan; we enjoy this when served with pound cake.)
