Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. popped corn
    1 c. peanuts
    1 lb. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix popped corn and peanuts together and set aside.
    Mix remaining ingredients except soda in microwave in 4-quart dish. Microwave on High 9 to 13 minutes. Stir each 5 minutes.
    Mixture should be completely dissolved and 250\u00b0.
    Quickly add soda. Stir until foamy.
    Pour over popped corn and peanuts.
    Mix well.
    Pour onto cookie sheet or foil to cool.
