Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation

Beat all ingredients for 2 minutes.
Pour into large pie pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes in preheated oven.
Knife inserted in middle should come out clean.
It makes its own crust.
